Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

• In their original packaging
• In the same condition in which they were received

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened cosmetics
• Opened skincare products
• Opened fragrances
• Clearance or final sale items
• Gift cards
• Personalized or custom items (if applicable)

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds are issued once returned items have been received and inspected.

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Due to the nature of beauty products, we cannot provide refunds for:

• Used or opened items
• Products purchased on clearance or marked as final sale
• Dissatisfaction with scent, shade, or personal preference after use

If an order is lost, damaged during transit, or shipped incorrectly, we will gladly work with you to make it right.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been fulfilled or shipped. Once an order has been fulfilled, customers must follow the return policy outlined above.
